Arizona Builders Alliance PAC’s (ABA PAC) purpose is to support candidates who promote the advancement of the commercial and industrial construction industry. Contributing to ABA PAC is voluntary. Those who choose not to contribute will not be disadvantaged or penalized by ABA or its member organizations.
Every contribution makes a difference, whether it is $10 or $5,000. Members are encouraged to give at a level that reflects their personal commitment to strengthening Arizona’s construction industry. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
ABA PAC may only solicit contributions from Arizona Builders Alliance’s (or one of its member organization’s or subsidiaries’) employees, members, executives, stockholders, retirees, and their families, not the general public. Contributions from business entities and foreign nationals are prohibited.
ABA PAC does not solicit or accept contributions earmarked for specific candidates or activities. All spending decisions are made in accordance with ABA PAC’s Expenditure Policy.
